Thank you for looking after Dad he had a wonderful year, everyone always had a smile and a kind word and nothing was too much trouble.

Thanks to you all so much for the care given to our Dad.

We would like to thank you all for your wonderful care and attention you all gave to Mum over the past three years she was with you, and also the kindness you showed to us all.

We enjoyed Saturday’s family and friends get together. Entertainment and food was excellent. Well done!

With thanks for making my Father’s last week’s so comfortable and making him feel at home.

When we started looking for a nursing home The Lawns felt different from the others. It felt homely, right and seemed to suit us as a family with a teenager.

The management and staff achieve what they set out to do and much more. For us, this has included use of the day centre and providing a family lunch for a special wedding anniversary, transport so that we can attend family meetings, transport so that we could keep in touch through hospitalisation and recovery and Christmas lunch.

Everything they do is to the highest standard with the utmost dignity and sensitivity while always treating folks as valued individuals. The staff know who to have a joke with and who to be a bit more serious with.

Four years on, we are delighted to say that The Lawns was the right choice. Thanks everyone for your care.

She'd been reluctant to accept help from " an old peoples home" so the change in her opinion was more remarkable

I know you made him very content and comfortable, he used to tell me how good all the girls were to him and how much he enjoyed his chats with them.

Mum made great progress whilst she was with you. Your home is so warm and welcoming, so cheerful, together with all the excellent professional care. It was reassuring to know that we would always be welcomed when we visited and supplied with seemingly inexhaustible cups of tea and coffee. I'm comforted by the fact that she was looked after by people she knew and loved.

Thank you for giving Dad such a great weekend. He looked really well when we picked him up, relaxed and happy

We would like to thank the staff for the care and kindness shown to our mother during her time with you. Special thanks for the care given during her last week of her life and for the kindness shown to us at that time.

Mum improved miraculously while under you care. You and your whole staff helped her to heal herself and come out of the long, dark tunnel she'd been going through. I cannot thank you enough for that - giving me my Mum back

Her smile was a symbol of her happiness and contentment and will remain with us forever

We just wanted to let you know how appreciative we are for all you have done for our Mother over the last five years or so. The quality of care she received was exemplary and your loving support for all the family members last week, as the end of life drew near was exceptional. It made such a difference to have our needs met so sensitively at a time when we were feeling vulnerable ourselves. I know you all work together as a team and we are grateful to all those who were involved in our Mother’s care. It has been a long hard road for the family and we are glad our Mother is finally at peace.
